A case has been filed against Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai and actor Hrithik Roshan for an alleged obscene sequence in their recently released film Dhoom-2.
The case was filed in the court of judicial magistrate first class R K Batham by advocate Shailendra Dwivedi under Sections 292 (vulgarity) and 509 (derogatory to women) of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant has alleged that women felt offended after watching the scene and it promoted vulgarity in society, especially among the youth.
The court has fixed December 11 for recording evidence in the case.
SICK…
How they accept these kind of foolish cases at the first place? It is very clear that the guy who filed the case did just for the sake of cheap publicity.
I have no idea how did the guy found the kissing scene so vulgar? The guy surely needs to watch Murder and other Mallika Sherawat films.
try every sort of things that keep attention & more revenue gross ,simple.
serves them right….giving a bad image of Indian girls…
Seems like this guy just woke up from a very long sleep. Someone please send him a Mallika Sherawat/Imraan Hashmi collection. Hey which reminds me now everyone should be a lawyer, its a hot career these days. Sue this, sue that, sue everything. Jeez! Haven’t these people have got anything to do except make an issue out of such things.
Hmmm.. who is forcing this Shailendra Dwivedi, or to anyone to watch this kiss scene or any other scene, so that they felt offended??? If you don’t want to watch it, leave it…
